logs loggin net activity

Hi,

As some of you might know Im running apache on windows. And I have a huge error, and access page. The problem is that, its so much errors are logged in, but my usual intrent activity is being logged in there for some odd reason. It looks like the IE temporary folder.

Is this normal? if it isn't how do I fix this?
