I have a logg that creates entries with user, time and event for certain events in my database. The OnClose event on my main form should create a logout entry, but som users seem to be able to close their db without this entry beeing created(It always works fine for me). The main form is never closed, and there is no way of closing the db from any other form unless you close Access completely.

What's going wrong?

Mats

Well you need to find out who (which person) is not creating a record and ask them how they close the form.

There are several ways to close it Click a button which cloeses it
Click the "X" in the upper right
You may need put it in several places or have it in one place and call it from several places.
There are several to look at
On_unload
On_deactivate
On_close

OK
