I came across this site, and thought it was an interesting concept to get a logo for your new company. There's lots of creative people there.

The way it works is you decide how much you're willing to pay, send in the money, then post a request for a logo, website template, etc. Over the next few days designers come up with some concepts, you provide feedback, and when the time period ends you choose one.
