Logon through DOS

Is there a way I can log on to a remote machine through DOS with a specific ID. I can force a reboot with SMSreboot.exe, however there are times when I want to remote control the machine and the smsclient needs to be reinstalled. I have the client set to automatically run with a certain ID. Any help would be appreciated.
