Does anyone know if there is a way to load a disclaimer splash screen either just prior to logging onto a computer or just after logging on, with the option to accept or decline the disclaimer, obviously if not accepting the disclaimer the computer is logged off again or logon cancelled. I know about the registry edits to put the screen before logon.
