I have just upgraded our NT4 PDC to Win2k. Only problem I have is if a client is Authenticted by one of the NT4 BDC the logon script does not run. If the Win2K PDC authenticates the script runs OK.

I have created a SYSVOL share on the NT4 BDC to mirror what is on the 2K PDC but with no success.

1) Can I get this to work?
2) Can I force them to authenticate to the PDC only?

The clients look to the \\ServerDC\NETLOGON share for logon scripts. To make sure that both NT and 2K domain controllers have the same logon scripts, copy your 2K logon scripts to \\NTbdcsServer\Netlogon share.

A SYSVOL share on an NT server will not solve your problem.

-hope this helps..
