Hi, I can't logon to MD110 PABX BC11 through Winfiol installed on a laptop.I have tried using another cable and connectors but it is still the same.I can log on with the same laptop,cable and connector to another MD110 Pabx.What can be the problem?

If it is NIU2 u may need to upgrade the Firmware to R6A.
Else resetting the NIU should solve ur problem but do wait till the alarms for device boards faulty or missing is receive then put the board back and wait again for device board activated. After that u should be able to log on.
