Logon OK, but Not able to access Winipcfg - Fatal Error.

Hello everyone

Here's my problem!
1. OS is Win95
2. Nic is a FA310TX Nic card.
3. Winnt4.0 network.
4. I am able to logon to the network with NO Problems.
5. When I type in Winipcfg at the RUN Command,
I get the follow problem:

IP Configuration:
Fatal Error:
Cannot Read IP Configuration.

HELP, I am stuck! I don't know what to do!
