Logon information required for an XML File?

I'm setting up a report in CE10, and the report actually has 3 data sources: an Oracle db, and 2 different XML files, located on the same server as CE10.

Whenever I try to preview the report, it says "The Database Logon Information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect." And I know I have all the Oracle connection info set up, so it seems to be looking at the 2 XML files, but I don't know what logon information it's looking for.

I've unchecked the "Prompt the user for database logon when viewing" option on the report, but that's when I get the error. If I check it, it prompts for a username and password, but no matter what I put it, it's doesn't go anywhere.

Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!!
