I use Crystal 11 and visual basic.
Main report has 12 subreports and all possible combinatins of subreports are available for print by user choice.
As data sources I use Field definition files (.ttx) and ADO Recordset.
Everything works fine on my machine and on testers machine with CR XI installed.
On to the testers machine without CR XI some subreports return an error “Logon filed” with CRViewer as header of message box and than empty report is displayed.
Data is reading form application and report does not have connection to SQL server.
Error is happened if user chose one subreport (and only that one) for print. If user choice more than that report everything is fine.
I did re-import that subreport , verify database, but nothing is help.
Does “verify on every print” property must be check?
