Logon Failure event

I obtained the multiple "Logon Failure" messages on the Windows 2000 server which hosts my Oracle database. I identified this event and it is generated as you will remote login to that specific server.

Is there a question in there somewhere?
( Just a guess, maybe you are remotely logging in a ssomeone who does not have access rights?)
