Logon Failed Error with CR 9

I have some reports originally created in Cr 8.5. They work fine connecting to the Oracle DB through ODBC connection.
But when I try to run them in CR 9 I got Logon failed error:
HY 000:[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ora-12560: TNS: protocol adapted error.
What is wrong???

Any help would be appreciated!

Looks like CR 9 might be using a different ODBC driver.
