Hi,
Igot this message when I logon to microsoft network
" Not enough memory is available.Quit some programs." this during startup ,any body can help me in this mater.

Do you get this message even after powering off/on the PC? If so, hold the SHIFT key down next time you attempt to sign in. Make sure you start to hold it down before you hit OK at the password prompt. Keep it down until Windows has finshed loading. If the message doesn't reappear, then you should be able to use the msconfig utility to disable several apps/processes at startup.
