Logon Error - You do not have access to logon to this session

I have a user who is trying to connect to our MetaFrame 1.8 Citrix server using Program Neighborhood on her Windows 2000 Pro worktation. She is receiving the above error message. Any ideas what I can check? No other users are having this problem and nothing has changed on the server, so I'm thinking it is something incorrect in her Custom ICA Connection settings.

Are you having the user(s) connect to a published appliaction or directly on to the server?

I have come accross this message before when the users are trying to connect directly to a server rather that to a published App or desktop.

Sounds like a licensing issue. Try the suggestion in this Citrix article and report back with your results:

thanks! i'll give lb63640's suggestion a shot. fyi - my users are connecting to a published desktop. of course this problem came up last week and i have not heard back from the user, but i'll stay on the user to see if they are still geteting it and try lb's suggestion if needed. i have verified that "only run published apps" is not selected in the CCC Advanced settings and "inherit client/user config" is selected. this is how we've always had it setup so nothing there has changed, and as i said, no one else is having this issue.
