I have a Exchange 5.5 server on and NT domain ... slowly i am moving users to a new server which has active directory installed. I am changing th primary account in exchabge however i continously get the logon to domain box. Does anyone know what is going on??? i have already tried Knowlegde base article 321652

I have the same issue with users who reside in a NT4.0 domain that is not trusted to my Active driectory domain where the mail server resides. The users try and run outlook but continuously are prompted for username password and domain. If I UNC to the Mail servers default hidden shares and put credentials in Im allowed access, then run outllok and it works. Once they reboot trhey have to reauthenticate to the server via UNC to run outlook again. Have you found a solution? Oh and in the Exchange 2000 security logs I see that its passing the users local domain credentials, not the credentials for the exchange server domain that he is typing in.
