We have a bcm 400 3.7 with call center pro. Currently the call center is located in the same location as the BCM 400. We will be expanding an additional location. We would like to add a BCM 200 or 50 joined by IP and allow the agents in the new location to log on to the skillsets in the main BCM 400. I have been getting mixed messages for the BCM folk in my area. Some say you cannot log the agents in the additional location to the main call center BCM 400 and they could only log onto skillsets in their local BCM. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

if you have two bcms you will also have two different call-center setups. so you will not be able to have agents from bcm50 logged in at bcm400 and vice versa. agents can only login at the callcenter they are connected to.

You could have your agents on IP sets registered to your existing BCM 400 for call centre calls. Location is irrelevant then.

The downside is that you would need a second set on their desks (TDM or IP tied to the local BCM) for local calling though.
