Have a number of users that are experiencing this problem - after logging on (PS4) with web interface - the applications page will time out and the user is required to logo back on - when entering their credentials the system will not accept valid credentials until the user as enter something invalid - currently when this occurs I have them enter an "x" in the user name then hit "enter" - the system returns the invalid error and then they log on with thier user name and password - no problem - strange hey
