Logoff leaving disconnected sessions

Just recently when I logoff the session is listed as disconnected and shows my clientname. This happens on all of our servers currently there is a disconnected session on each of our servers all from my station. I'm definitely clicking log off and not just closing the session. This doesn't seem to happen to other users but they're connecting using ICA I have a habit of connecting via RDP.

We're running Server 2003 SP2 with PS 4.5 feature pack 1.

The only thing that has changed is I installed Rollup Pack 4 on all servers a couple of months ago, but this didn't seem to start untill a couple of weeks ago


I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this issue can anyone help?
