Logo reversed in Office 2003. 1

Hi,
I'm not sure what's going on, but our logo on our letterheads are upside down when opened in office 2003, but when I open it back in office 2000, it's fine.

It's weird, but does anyone know what's going on here?

I've done all the office updates also.

Pictures in documents that were created in an earlier version of Office appear flipped in Office XP and Office 2003.

So I have to edit each and everyone's Registry setting now??
