Logo on the report

on my report, it does has a logo on it when I
run the report, send out to the printer
and the logo is there but when I click on the officelinks
for the rich text format (.rtf) file and it does not
show the logo on Microsoft Word.
How can I make the rich text format file with the logo
as seen in the report?
