Logo on Report embedded vs linked

link is the better option here; ie. its one linked file versus 30 embedded images; thus the overall of size of your mdb would be reduced, and of course maintenance of the system is easier; if the logo changes, simply change the one file. Each report may take marginally longer to load, but generally spreaking this is insignificant.
