logo on Idle for 7912..

Ok, so I have a XXX.logo and I want it to show on my 7912 when Idle. Where do I put this file and what should the "Idle" field contain? I tried a couple of things and it did not work. This is what I had:

I put the file in ciscowebs\ipphoneservices\ccmcip\
I put

http://ccmcip/XXX.logo

in the "Idle" field
I set the timer to 5 seconds.

Did not work

I also changed the file to .bmp, still did not work.

What am I doing wrong?
