Logo/Image in PDF

We cannot get our logo to appear in pdf reports in Cognos 8.2. We are bursting all reports to pdf, so this is critical for us. The tech support solution of using a relative URL reference does not seem to work. Any other ideas?

Hi,

Do you have a copy of Adobe installed on your server?

I heard / read / dreamed that this is nescessary.

Anyway, worth a shot....
