I do not know if this is the right forum to be in but here goes:

I have a Logitech MX Duo combo mouse and keyboard and sometimes my keyboard will cut out and not function. I have checked the batteries and they are fine, I have also secured the frequency so that is ok. I do not know what is going on and I am open to suggestions.
