Hey Guys, was looking at some of my old questions, and I'm going back to revisit the MSB vs the NRD.

Someone explained the difference between MSB and NRD, and stated that after you take your phone out of MSB, you should log back in. How does an agent log in.

I know that the agents here, just remove the MSB and wait for a call to come in.

Any Replies?

Print out your ACD queue on LD 23 and check the response on prompt "ALOG" (Automatic Login), if the response is set to yes then agent doesn't need to login with their agent ID. Default prompt is "NO" wherein after the agent take the off MSB it would require them to key in their agent ID.

if alog is no, then incalls no, incalls key, either agent or post id then incalls..
