Hello, I'm new at Novell

I need to know how to add users. I'm admin.

How did you get a admin job and not know how to add users.
Are you using nwadmin or console one?

okay, so open up your management console...consoleone or nwadmn32. i personally use nwadm1n okay

1. if you have an NDS user on the right hand side you will have a tab for groupwise account
2. browse out to the post office select then enter a password

if you do not have an NDS user you can create what is called an external entity. An external entity is a user with no NDS account but only a GW account. if you want to create a user with no NDS priviliages.

1. open up nwadmn32 and choose the context in which you want to create the user(external entity)then file>create>external entity.

lemme know if you need some help...I will be more than happy to send you some resources that I made for my helpdesk on how to create and delete NDS, external entities, and GW accounts. in case i got hit by a bus or something so the wouldn't be S-O-L.
