I have a symposium express 4.2 I am having a problem with a user that is unable to login. Where and what should I check? I tried to unlock the password but go an error. When I go to user properties the one of my user desktop status is ok (not lock-out)but they can't login with their credentials. Another is lockout, but when I try to restore it, it give me the error Position ID for supervisor must be specified.
 
I know this is an odd question -- do any of the RTD's not work? there was a problem back in the day that agents or supervisor log in fails but one of the RTDs wouldn't work either.
I think in that case - it's a DB issue.

Can you log into the workstation using the sysadmin without problems?
 
Yes, I am able to login with the Sysadmin. I tried to reset pwd, but they still can;t login.
