Can anybody tell me some hardware that will allow me to connect to a windows nt domain over NAT ? It does not work as NT uses Netbios to authenticate. The IP address of the client machine connecting is actually inside the netbios payload, not the IP payload.

The Windows NT server outside the NAT area see's the NAT devices IP address trying to logon to the domain, not the client machine behind it.

Please please please please help!!!

P.S Wins or LMhosts does *NOT* help

I am no expert, but we run 4 - NT 4.0 Servers at different locations with several client users at each location using a NAT firewall and we connect using VPN.(IPSEC) You may want to see if VPN is available on your firewall. It works very well for our multiple locations and for users who connect from home.
