Login to W2k Server using WIN NT Domain

Hi All!

I have running windows nt from last 3 years. Now i installed the windows 2000 server. I want to get logged into both the server as a one user. My NT domain is gna_domain and windows 2000 having it own different domain. How to possible to login at both the server as a one user...

do i need to create all the users in windows 2000 server which are already on nt.

Please help
