LOGIN TO MITEL MIVOICE RELEASE 7.1 FAIL

Hi there,

I have a challenge, in accessing the Mitel controller, i changed the controller IP address to match the Customer network successfully, logged in and configured the controller, then i had power cut, when power restored i am now failing to login. The controller is running normally without an alarms, anybody with a solution please assist.

Try the default username and passcode, it's possible you lost the config after the power outage.

Try clearing your cache as well.
