Is there a way to force a user to login to IE? I have some public computers (in a dormitory) that I want to log who uses them. We have about 100,000 students who will be in and out on a rotating basis over time, and I'd like to maybe create a web page that asks them to enter their student ID as a username and their lastname as the password, then write that information to a file I can read later. I don't need them to verify credentials, just want to enter their ID and possibly the time they logged in. Is this possible with maybe a VB form and text file? Thanks.
