While using Aspect Winset, it has been noticed that the Login is slow. Is this normal or is this something that can be resolved??

Firstly, is this remote or local? i.e, do you have the physical unit attached to the PC where the software is installed?

Is it the first time you login or every time? The first login attempt to winset downloads info from the switch and does take some time. However, after the first login for the agent it should be rather quick. The only other option I can think of is that winset is passing data over your network. How are the other clients working within the same subnet as the switch? i.e. customview director, telecaster.
