Login Shell problem in MetaFrame 1.1 for Solaris

We want to disable users from accessing the Solaris machine directly using shell prompt, so we set /bin/false as the login shell for users. But then users can't login Citrix even that we just publish an application for use.

Are there any way to have the favour of both?
