Hi,

I have an ip 406 system with v4 CCC, looking for an idea to record login times on phones.

Anyone know of such a report available(or any addional reports, the standard ones are well, lacking)

Just need to know the times people have logged in at
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Agent activity or trace report. It's in the standard reports.

Agent individual is also quite good as it has a time break up of calls during the day
