I am using Crystal XI with Enterprise XI . I want to scedule a report on an Access 2000 db but I get the msg below:

Error in File C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11\Data\procSched\CPL-CRYSTAL-SVR.reportjobserver\~tmp149c4e2dca10c70.tmp: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.

database server S:\Warmsure\MI Reporting\MI Reporting Database.mdb

database S:\Warmsure\MI Reporting\MI Reporting Database.mdb

The database is not password protected so the final 2 boxes are left blank

It may be a pathing issue.

Don't use drive letters to map it, instead use the UNC path, as in:

\\machinename\path...

-k

You should also make sure that you use an account, that has netork rights to access that path, to run the Crystal Reports Page Server and Job Server in Enterprise. They are both services running on the Enterprise server.
