can i change the login logout code directly from the station(phone)?

and how to lock the station "for outgoing call" without logout ?

No you can't change the login/out code from the phone.

For example, dial *36*xxx*cccc (where xxx is the xtn number and cccc is the login code). The only way to set the cccc is from Manager.

I can't think of a way you can 'lock' a phone. Although this feature is common in almost every PBX, I haven't seen it in the IPO.

If you want it to never be able to call outgoing you can use Outgoing call bar in Telephony under ther user, otherwise you could use Authorization codes in 3.2 to force the phone to use a code to make outgoing calls.
