eDirectory, by default (and somewhat natively) only logs the last authentication time/date/location.
To log this, you need to use an Auditing tool. You can use Novell Audit which I believe is included in NetWare 6.5, but it's a little bit limited and somewhat difficult to manage.
On the flipside, you could use NVMonitor from NetVision and have a system in place pretty quickly. Costs a little but low maintenance and quick to setup.
