Login failed on version 9 for a few users

We have one citrix server, one sql server and 5 users. 2 users were able to log into GP, prompted to change their password, which they then did, then proceeded to login fine. 3 users were prompted to change their password, which they did successfully, but then could not login. Only sa worked.

I am logged into the GP on the one citrix server (ie same workstation, same system DSN) and have no issues with any user ID I use (ie I can log in with the logins that are failing on the other user's citrix session).

What is causes this? If it was a DSN issue, wouldn't all users fail, since they are all using the same DSN?
