Login failed for NT Network Service in Crystal Reports 10

Logon failed. Details: ADO Error Code: 0x Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server Description: Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE'. Crystal Report Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.

I even tried to pass the userid/pwd in the code but still no luck.
I also tried by passing userid/pwd in the connection sting in Data Base Expert

Help is really appreciated

I remember getting this error a lot when I was building Crystal reports for Dynamics SL. Seems like I would open the rpt file, click Database -> Log On or Off -> Expand the connection -> expand Properties -> set Trusted Connection to 0. I think.
