Login error on PC Pro SV8300

Good day Members

I'm not familiar with the SV8300, our entire system was setup by an external contractor. All was well till this morning, I'm not sure if there were a power failure. Our phones are now rebooting the entire time

Error when logging on to PC Pro: Unable to connect
SV 8300 system IP is unreachable. Check system IP address and PC network settings

Our network is fine, all other servers are online

Please assist, thank you
 
Try a power down, wait ~ 60 sec.,then power up reset. That's a hard reboot.
 
Thank you belevedere, I have done that, no luck. I noticed the light at the back at the network is constantly flickering on one of the blades in the cabinet. Could there perhaps be hardware failure or what? We are a hospital, being without phones is a catastrophe
 
I suggest you find a trained/certified NEC dealer. However, you could try a power down. Remove all blades except the first installed DLC blade. Then power up. If it recovers with the one blade, slowly one by one reinstall each blade.
 
Thank you for the assistance belevedere, the dealer assessed and concluded hardware failure and in the process with repairs or replacement.
