Login error in 192.168.100.1

Hey,
I have MI Router 4C, My problem is that I can't open the router settings page by using 192.168.100.1 IP Router, Is there any solution to this problem?

192.168.100.1 is often the address of a Arris SurfBoard modem. Are you sure it's the address of your router?
At a CMD prompt, if you type ipconfig /all you will see what your router address (the default gateway number).

You could also power cycle the router to see if it's in a half-hosed state from not having been rebooted for a long time.
