We are having a problem with our cc:mail. Some users are getting a "login attempt failed try again" message when they try to login with the correct password. It will reject you up to 3 times and let you in with no problems. Also the users are not getting locked out for the supposed incorrect login. They can keep trying until the get in. Any suggestions would be great.
 
Run Analyze and then Diagnostics or Reclaim if any errors are found by Analyze. It will usually tell you which ones to run and with which switches. Once the database is optimized, if you're still having errors, you could try to delete the users and re-create them, although that will delete all their folders and mailboxes.
