Hey all:

Is there a way to log when a user logs on or off the network? I'm trying to create a log of all of the users loggin in and out of our network. I have SBS 2000. We are trying to do this as a time keeping fuction where the log will capture when a person logs in (comes in for the day) and logs out (goes home for the day).

ANy help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

Hi Josh,

Lakeside Software offers a tool, SysTrack, that can assist you in tracking log activity. The Billing Reports, identifies in an easy to read report, who logged in/out of the servers, etc. It is a great source for keeping accurate records of user activities!

You can download a free trial from their website at
Good luck!

Thanks for the info. I was hoping there was a way to do it either using WSH or some other Windows tool. Do you have any thoughts on how it can be done that way?

Thanks
