logging to a server

Hi
I have a problem logging into my 2003 server from a 2000 workstation.
If I try to login with the same user on a windows xp it works fine.
Under the 2000 I get the error the i cannot access my profile or it is restricted.
WHat should I do?

I assume it is in a domain. Have you tried removing the win2k machine from the domain and rejoining. It can often fix these kind of problems. Just make sure you have access to the local admin account before you dis-join.
