Logging Report Run Times, etc.

I need to be able to store the following values to an Oracle table when a Webfocus report is run.

1. Report Name
2. Report Parameters selected (separated by pipes)
3. Start Date and Time of the report (upon pressing SUBMIT).
4. Complete Date and Time of the report (upon returning the results).

This is to keep a log of how long it takes a report to run, what parameters were chosen and how often a report is run.

Is Resource Analyzer a package that comes "Standard" with WebFOCUS; or is it a package that is bought to accompany WebFOCUS?
