Hey guys,

Got an odd request at work today.

Basically it's to log internal aka ext to extension calls that we previously made meaning avg 3 months ago.
I don't think this is possible.

So for example lets say we have extension 3000 and I want to see incoming calls to that ext from Jan 1 2017 to date can this be done ??

no. intra-switch cdr can send cdr for extn-to-extn calls, but it'd have to be set up ahead of time

Assuming you are using a call accounting system, intra-switch cdr (as Kyle mentioned) can help you moving forward...

So guys I saw the command intra-switch-cdr and the settings on the system parameters (CDR)

I also saw the intra-switch-cdr table but no info in them and on the System parameters the intra-switch cdr is set (Y)

Can I assume that all I need to do is add the extension I need to monitor to the intra-switch-cdr table

You need some kind of cdr tool as well. The CDRs are sent to an external host (ch sys cdr, disp ip-services)

Yes we use a system called call tracker ( I assume this is what you are speaking of)

Yes, simply add the extension to the table in intra-switch cdr...should start logging calls to and from that extension.

Do a "display system-parameters cdr" and you'll see if you're configured to send CDR to it.

If you "change intra" you can enable internal CDR per extension. That's tedious. You can enable a special application that allows you to control it per COS so you can control it more easily.
