I'm relativley new to Using Meridian Max 9 and I know that there is a an option toset meridian to log agents out when there phone headset is unclipped, but can't for the life of me find where.

Also, if someone can help is there anotheroption toset the status to not ready rather than log them out whenunclipped instead

HOML in the ACd Q

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

I have the same problem with an option 11. Would it be the same: HOML in the ACD Q ?

yep

set homl to yes if you want acd to log out on hangup of receiver.

Cheers for that.

i've gone through the Meridian guides that we've got but can't find where in Meridian I go to get to the HOML option.

If it helps we're using version 09.22 Meridian Max MTE.

Can anyone provide me with a step by step guide to being able to set this, As I don't really want to pay £15 per hout to a BT helpline

go to LD 23, change Homel in that specfic Queue

Sorry about wrong spelling in the previous reply
It should read HOML and not homel
Go to LD 23; change Homl in that specific Queue

Sorry to sound a bit thick but I don't know how to get to that .

On the front menu I've got the following options:

1. Profile Maintenance
2. Queue Statistics Display
3. Agent Status Display
4. Monitor Another Supervisor
5. Display Definition
6. Report Definition
7. Report Preview
8. System Reports
9. Configuration Control
10. List Management
11. Parameter Administration
12. Schedule Definition
13. Leave System Administration Mode
14. Logout

Where do I start?

Cheers

You need to be familure with the basic Overlays in the M1. Load 23 is in the M1 pbx not your mail system. I suggest calling your vendor or local support personel. This switch is not just some PC you can reboot if you make a mistake or change a setting by accident. HOML is a prompt in the ACD data block with in LD 23. Take a look at your NTP's I/O manual.

kitackers,

That's the menu from meridian max. I'm not sure if it's possible to change the homl prompt from max (it's been a while since i worked on it) I'll look it up and see.

How many times do you have to be told that you go to LD 23 in your Meridian 1 pbx, not the mail, not the max. LD 23 in the pbx. Login and go to load 23. the HOML promt is located there. LD 23, ACD and return down the the HOML promt. Call your vendor.

Cheers guys

Let me know if you get anywhere with it for me
