Logging onto Crystal Reports Server disables another user?

Every time I modify a report created by my colleague and refresh, I'm prompted to log on to the server and his userID is automatically pre-populated to the log on screen in which I erase his and enter my userID and password instead. Each time I do this, the next time my colleague tries to log on to the server, it prompts him that his userID is disabled. Does anyone know how this can be rectified? Any advice to a rookie user would be very valued! Thanks!

Does CR Server have a user limit based on your license?

Hi, there's not a specified limit for users on CRS, a few of us were just added...Is that usually the case or is this a rare scenario?

I thought CR Server was limited to 5 users.

Thank you for the useful link. I'm not sure what license we have, but I'll look further into it tomorrow.
