Logging onto a phone (an ACD phone)

Why can't a user not log onto their phone , any usual suspects

P/s they have not forgoten their PINs

please check for memberless ACD ADN keys on the phone

if that is the case, set ADC D1 to 0 of that ADN key

Thanks Mr Daddy I checked the ACD ADN and they all have members , for some reason this phone seemed to be missing the authorisation code , so i set it up and it's fine now ,
