I installed a BCM-50 and was able to log in using BCM-50 Element Manager from my lap top with no problems. One week later I went to change the bandwidth for a softphone and can not get in, I can ping the BCM and use my brouser and connect to the BCM but when I launch BCM Element manager it just waits and waits with no response. Can anybody help me? I have tried uninstalling the Element Manager and reinstalling. Thanks!
